Talan Towers project consists of  97,557 m2  (1,050,091 sq.ft) GFA mixed use, A+ quality construction works split between 1[No.] Office Tower 30 stories in height, 1[No.] Ritz-Carlton Hotel Tower 26 stories in height and a Podium connecting the 2 towers of 3 stories for exclusive retail outlets.

Salimus Commissioning Plan identifies the strategies, aspects, and responsibilities within the Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning process and outlines the commissioning program overview, the schedule, organization, responsibilities, and documentation requirements to comply with LEED Reference Guide for Green Building Design and Construction, 2009 Edition.
