Overview
The Project is located on Ryleeva street 11A in St-Peterburg. It consists of one office building with a total Built-up Area of 2420 sq.m. This project is the 1st sustainable building in Russia that meets the requirements of the international LEED standards.
The application of energy efficient and environmental measures covering architecture, construction technologies and materials, engineering solutions, not only leads to qualification for the “LEED Gold Certificate” , but also to save the investor’s money by significantly reducing the consumption of heat, energy resources during operation.
