Scope
Salimus Consultancy DMCC was contracted to provide the Commissioning Authority (CxA) services for Jones Lang LaSalle Moscow office fit-out within the scope of the Fundamental Commissioning as required by 2009 LEED-CI certification system.

The LEED Gold certification following LEED CI Rating System has been achieved with all the commissioning documentation approved by GBCI without any comments.
Overview
The Jones Lang LaSalle Moscow office is located at the Business Centre Vivaldi Plaza with the street address Letnikovskaia Street, 2, Building 1, Moscow, occupying 10th and 11th floors of a new building including reception areas, open plan office spaces, meeting rooms, rest/food areas, a server room and a patch room. The gross project square footage is 2,440 sq. m (26,266 sq ft) that makes 13.22% of the total building gross footage.
