Overview
The Ultra Luxury Urban Hotel will consist of minimum 80 keys, and is to include the following:
•Two Specialty Restaurants
•All-Day Dining Restaurant (ADD)
•Meeting spaces
•Spa
•Pool/s and Gym
Front Of House:
•Landscaping within boundary;
•Drop-off Area(s).
Back Of House:
•Car Parking for each component of the project (B1);
•Loading Dock / Waste Management and Collection Area (B3);
•Back-of-House Staff Support Facilities (consolidate facilities where possible);
•General Administration Offices (Grade);
•Building Services Area (B1).
